Can you use my own branding?
Yes. Your order is produced with your agreed artwork. Tell us about your logo, colours and design requirements when you enquire.
Do I need print-ready artwork?
If you have it, send it using our file-transfer link. If you need help with design or preparing files, include that in your enquiry so we can confirm the work and cost required.
Are all sizes and finishes available for every product?
No. The options shown are starting points for your enquiry. Availability, dimensions, materials, finishes and minimum quantities are confirmed in your quotation.
Can I choose recycled materials?
Recycled paper and card options are offered for suitable products. We can confirm the available stock and recycled content for your order; specialist materials and finishes vary.
How do I send several large files?
Use the Send your files button to open our secure transfer page. Include your name, product and quote or order reference so we can match the files to your enquiry.
When will I receive my order?
Include your deadline and delivery postcode when you enquire. We will confirm production and delivery arrangements for the agreed specification before the order proceeds.
